This flavour-rich herb can be eaten fresh or cooked and works perfectly with many dishes. It freezes well, too! The aromatic leaves are fragrant and have a dark-green colour. Bouquet dill leaves are especially suitable for harvesting, as the flowers bloom much later than ordinary dill. Since it is more compact and does not grow as tall, it can be harvested early in the year by picking the leaves gradually. Repeat every few weeks to enjoy dill all summer and autumn.

You can start sowing your Bouquet seeds as early as in the beginning of April until the end of August. This herb prefers nutrient-rich, well-drained soil that retains moisture. Keep the seeds moist by watering the rows before sowing and water regularly. The seeds will sprout after only 2-4 weeks. Change planting sites yearly.
