A tasty, aromatic vegetable that can be used as a seasoning in many dishes. Easy to grow, but takes a while. This variety does not need blanching as it produces bright yellow-green stems and leaves. Best grown in humus-rich soil. Fertilise and water abundantly. Harvest before the frost arrives.

Sow sparsely in damp seed compost. Do not cover with compost. Place at 18-20°C for germination, then move to a bright, cooler area. Transplant 1 plant/pot of fertilised soil when the plants are big enough to handle. Use extra lighting in darker months. Harden off and plant outdoors after the last frost.
