Grows big and is a splendid, well-known garden/medicinal plant. Biennial, the first year produces a large rosette. Flowers in year 2 along the upper part of the stem in pink and yellow/white tones, almost bicoloured. Pretty as cut flower. The plant is poisonous if ingested. Thrives best in partial shade in most soils. Self-seeds abundantly.
