Beautiful bluebell with numerous bells along its sturdy and upright stem. The bells sit on short stems close to the stalk. The colours are clear and crisp in white, pink and deep blue. Canterbury bells are biennial but will happily keep growing in the garden as they self-seed. Flowers the year after sowing. Very long-lasting and beautiful in bouquets. Undemanding plant that thrives in most soils, particularly soils that are sandy and humus-rich. Water in dry periods.
