Titillating tapas chilli with a mild, fruity flavour. Also called Russian roulette chilli as 1 in 10 is really hot! Usually harvested when light green, but also ripe red. Fry in olive oil. Thrives in well-fertilised soil in large pots in a warm spot on terraces/balconies/greenhouses. Fertilise and water.

Sow in damp seed compost. Keep moist, cover with plastic or use a mini greenhouse. Place in a warm area for sprouting (20-25°C). After emerging place in a bright, cooler area. Use additional lighting. When plants can be handled transplant 1/pot of fertilised soil. Plant out when lowest night temperature is 8°C.
