Spinach is healthy, tasty and very easy to grow, which makes it a popular leafy vegetable. Nores spinach has medium-sized, dark green leaves that are full of nutrients and rich flavour. This type of spinach does not flower easily, and is preferably sown in cycles if you want continuous access to fresh leaves. The only exception is during the height of summer, since there is a high risk it will flower then.

Nores spinach prefers humus-rich soil that remains moist, however, the plant can be cultivated in most soil types. You can plant the seeds outside as soon as the temperature has risen and the soil can be used, and continue until October. Make sure to water the soil before sowing and keep the seeds moist at all times.
