Soak the seeds 1 day before sowing. Sow sparsely and superficially in damp seed compost. Keep moist. Place in a warm spot for germination, 22-25°C. Once shoots appear, place in a bright spot at about 20°C. Use additional lighting in darker months. When plants can be handled transplant 1/pot of fertilised soil. Harden off, then transplant outside after the last frost.
