A favourite in lots of countries. For greenhouses or outdoors in a sheltered spot. Gives an abundant harvest of tomatoes with a fantastically good flavour. Needs supporting, suckers should be removed. Best grown in well-fertilised soil in a protected area or greenhouse.

8-10 wks before replanting outside, lowest night-time temp. 8°C. Use seed compost. Keep moist and at 18-21°C. After sprouting place in a bright, cool area. Use additional lighting in darker months. When plants can be handled, transplant 1 per pot deep down in fertilised soil. Transplant gradually. Harden off before transplanting.
