Organic seeds. Flat-leaf parsley has more flavour than curly-leaf parsley. Harvest the leaves well into autumn. Overwinters and gives an early harvest in year 2, before flowering. Can be frozen. Prefers nutrient-rich and well-drained soil. Water in dry periods.

Sow in damp seed compost, preferably in plug flats. Keep moist. After germination, place in a well-lit, cooler area. Use extra lighting in darker months. Harden off, transplant outside after last frost.
Sow early, as soon as the soil can be used. Long sprouting time , 2-4 wks. Level soil, water before sowing. Keep seeds moist until they germinate.
