Coriander

Organic seeds. Decorative plant, with pale pink flowers, both leaves and seeds can be used. Harvest the fresh leaves a few at a time. Repeat sowing every two-three weeks to enjoy fresh leaves throughout the summer. Can be grown both in the ground and in pots. The seeds are harvested when the seed pods start to turn brown. The whole plant is cut and hung upside down to dry. Reseeds easily. Thrives in most soils but prefers dry and light soil, and a sheltered, warm location.
