Snap pea that can be sown early and gives an early harvest. The pea pod is opened and only the peas are eaten. Harvest when the pods are approx. 9 cm. Has a good flavour, not as sweet as garden peas. Suitable for freezing. Thrives in humus-rich, well-drained soil. Water regularly. Grow peas in a different place every year - they fertilise the soil.
