Rocket / Arugula

Organic seeds. Garden rocket has a powerful and spicy flavour. Use in salads and as an ingredient in various dishes. Grow on open land or in pots. Can be grown indoors all year round which gives the leaves a milder flavour. Repeat sowing for regular access to fresh leaves for a long period. Harvest when the leaves are approx. 7 cm long. Prefers humus-rich, well-drained soil that retains moisture. Water regularly. Covering with fibre cloth prevents insect infestations.
