Shipping and delivery

What are the shipping costs?

Always less than 5 €! The shipping cost depends on the type of products you buy. When ordering seeds, the shipping cost equals 2-3 € depending on how many seed bags you buy. For other products, shipping costs 5 €.

Which shipping company do you use?

When ordering only seeds, the order will be sent by regular mail and delivered to you by Deutsche Post. For other orders, we use DHL.

What is the delivery time from when I place my order?

We always try to send the orders the same day, but sometimes things happen along the way. Expect 2-5 days delivery time.


What payment options can I choose from?

You can choose from:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Immediately

Soon, you will also be able to choose:

  • Klarna
  • PayPal

Order questions

Can I make changes to my order?

Contact us at kundenservice@nelsongarden.de or via our chat as soon as you want to change something and we will see what we can do. Since we usually send the order on the same day, your request might be too late.

Regardless, you will not be able to add more products - then you will need to place a new order.

I want to cancel my order - how can I do that?

Contact us at kundenservice@nelsongarden.de or via our chat as soon as you know you want to cancel the order. Since we usually send the order the same day, unfortunately, it might be too late. In that case, you can just make a return of the order instead.

Return handling

How long after receiving my order can I return items?

You have 14 days to return ordered items from the day you receive the order.

How do I make a return?

Always contact kundenservice@nelsongarden.de if you want to make a return, and we will help you further. Information we will need is:

- Order number

- Date of order

- Date of return

- Your name

- Article number and amount

Who takes the cost for the return freight?

Nelson Garden pays for the return freight! When you contact us about your return, you will receive more details about how to return your product.
