Compact plant with double salmon-pink flowers. Nice in containers/pots or as border plant. Edible flowers, decorative in salads. Unripe seeds can be pickled and used as capers. Prefers nutrient-poor soil, otherwise leaves develop at the expense of flowers. Water regularly. Place seeds in lukewarm water 1 day before sowing for better germination.
