Organic seeds. Popular variety that produces round, dark red beetroots. Very tasty as a primeur - eat boiled with a little butter. Boil the beetroot with some of the stalk and the whole skin left on so that the red juice does not escape. Don’t plant too early; frost can cause the plant to flower. Best grown in nutrient-rich, humus-rich soil that retains moisture. Thin out early.
