A spicy alternative to the common cress that warrants more cultivation. Grows compactly and produces fresh green foliage. Very fast growing and is sometimes ready to harvest in 20-30 days. Cut frequently so that it does not flower. The taste is strong and the leaves are good in salads and soups. Harvest when the leaves are between 14-20 cm tall. Grows in all soils.
