Intermediate pointed cabbage with brittle heads that are harvested when they are well developed. Used fresh in e.g. salads or eaten slightly wilted in chunks. Prefers slightly loamy, humus-rich and well-fertilised soils. Water in dry periods. Fibre cloth protects against insects.
